The city centre of IJmuiden (Lange Nieuwstraat and surroundings) is the largest shopping area in the municipality. In addition to a large range of clothing, shoe shops and retail outlets such as HEMA and Blokker, there is also a wide choice of shops for your daily groceries (including three supermarkets, a greengrocer's and a bakery).
